El Conquistador in Tucson, Az. was a bad idea! Upon arrival their where 3 Staff members at the counter. Not really Busy, so I waited, then upon my turn to check in 2 of the members looked at me and leave the immediate area. When I checked in I commented on how nice the interior looked and how I would like to take a photo. I was Told that no photos are allowed on the property at all. to protect the guest privacy. Had a good 4-day stay in Tucson 2/2025. Employees to be commended are Aaron and Mikal (they make a good margarita) at the lobby bar; Jim, lead server at breakfast (I eat gluten free, he caught a mistake by kitchen and saved me from eating glutinous toast); Yvette at the front desk (help with power extension cord and extra pillows and blanket, took her and staff all of 5 minutes to get them to our room); John in gift shop; Victor in valet crew; all for their excellent service.
