Had a good 4-day stay in Tucson 2/2025. Employees to be commended are Aaron and Mikal (they make a good margarita) at the lobby bar; Jim, lead server at breakfast (I eat gluten free, he caught a mistake by kitchen and saved me from eating glutinous toast); Yvette at the front desk (help with power extension cord and extra pillows and blanket, took her and staff all of 5 minutes to get them to our room); John in gift shop; Victor in valet crew; all for their excellent service. Best Hilton Resort ever! Great pool area and greens. Golfing on campus. Room service is quick and easy. Lovely views of mountains.

Not worth the expense and staff is indifferent to guest needs. Casitas are not as advertised- all very close together with crappy views. Beautiful setting but you don’t see any of it from you room.
