the food is really good, specially their beef enchiladas and shrimp enchiladas. the service could be better but the food is great!! And for the record they are open SATURDAYS all day!
I am planning on Vsiting your resturant in a week.but you do not offer coupons or free appltizers for joining their email or facebook like other places that want customers to come to their places.. Why is that? And not everyone has a facebook account.you might wabt to consider that too.

El Conquistador Restaurant Love the food, love the margaritas and really love the atmosphere. This restaurant is one of the best mexican food joints in Central Texas. The service is always excellent.
El Conquistador Restaurant has great nachos. I've been going to El Conquistador since I was a small child. They have been a stable for Mexican food in Waco for many years. Their super nachos are very good, but my favorite are the cheese nachos with guacamole on them.
