I love the service. I love the family atmosphere and the location is great for me.
The food was great and the margaritas were amazing!!! Had a small problem with our waiter, he was acting like he was in a hurry to get us out of there. But everyone has bad days so I can overlook it this time. Looking forward to going back soon!!!!
We were really disappointed. Had the mixed fajitas and they used pot roast meat and in seasoned chicken. Salsa had no flavor. Would not recommend

My Husband and I live on Northside of Waco but we always go to the Belmead El Con, WHY: You walk in an greeted with a smile an a Welcome to El Conquisador an the aroma of the awesome Mexican Food waiting for you. The Hostess greets with a smile and curtious when seating you, Waiters and Waitresses friendly, curtious , aim to please and gets our orders perfect every time with fast service as well. Loved it!! My favorite is the cheese enchiladas with chili con carne! I live in Oregon and they don't know what Tex Mex is. I try to visit El Conquistador every time I'm in Waco. Service was also very good. They made custom orders for my kids no problem.
