The office staff are wonderful hard working women. They have been so helpful and patient with me. The grounds keepers and the handy men are also kind and a hard working. The Unit was clean and perfect for me and my children. The Amenities like the playground and the pool are awesome! Highly recommend! Thank you!
The staff is really friendly, and the property is beautiful. I loved the amenities, and it's not far from shopping areas. Whatever questions i had, Stephanie and Nyla explained everything in detail and made me feel good about my move into the new apartment.
Very nice community! Staff Ms. Stephanie & Ms. Naila are very genuine & good ppl. Quiet & Friendly community as well! Pool is always clean, decent size basketball court too. 5 stars all around!
I have had a wonderful experience living here at El Conquistador. The whole team here is always very helpful with anything I might need no matter how small. Especially the two lady's in the front office Stephanie, and Nyla. Always greet me with a smile, and make me feel very welcome. The whole team is very professional.
I don’t understand the 5 star reviews. They must have bribed people to give them a 5 star review and there’s tons of 5 star reviews from people who don’t even live here. So let me tell you what it’s like living here. From the beginning, they never told me how long my lease was they just had me sign the paper.
