RecommendedMy husband has been staying here for the past couple months with his job and our kids and I go there to stay with him and have had a positive experience. House keeping has been very attentive and thorough. I would recommend this place to all!!

Some highlights were that the lodges were comforting and homey. They even include a playground for the kids a pool and basketball court. In the lodges they also had fireplaces that kept the lodge warm. I was very impressed because they allowed weekly/monthly stays.
Friendly staff. Very close to both downtown manitou and old Colorado city. Very small cottages. Outdated decor. Filthy floor...Turned the bottom of our socks dark brown. One of the beds had crumbs/residue at the feet inside the covers. Inside of microwave was dirty when we arrived. Dog friendly location. Charged us the 100.00 pet deposit saying our dog shed so much that they had to throw away all the bedding.

This place is so cute the beds are very nice this place is super clean and homey I have the cutest little fire 🔥 place in my room!!!! My heart belongs to Manitou Springs ❤️and The El Colorado will be my home away from home 🏡 if you have time get to know the staff they were the sweetest group of people I’ve had the pleasure to meet they will make you feel like a guest in there personal home 🏡 This is rustic with all the comforts of home. Needless to say I Love 💕 the El Colorado
