They made a beautiful balloon arch and backdrop for my baby shower. Now we’ll always have great memories of this day. What a lovely family. I will absolutely use them for other parties in the future.
Great Job for the Peekskill NAACP at the Peekskill High School Gym El Cisne did an amazing job and was able to mimic exactly what I wanted. From the Balloon arches to the table centerpieces with LED lights!
My family has never thrown a sweet 16, but my niece wanted one, so my gift to her was the room decor. We found El Cisne through a Google search and so glad we did! This family-run operation was a joy to work with, and they did a PHENOMENAL job!
