We’ve been going to El Chile for over a year. Unfortunately though, we will NOT be returning. I placed a to go order over the phone and when I got to the restaurant to pick up my order, I was told they don’t know who I spoke with but I never placed the order? I then showed them my call history and they confirmed it was their correct number but I was still told they did not know who took the order and nothing was in the system.
