This was the most disappointing Mexican food I've ever had, and I've eaten in 30 states across the country. They added no spices other than salt, which they apparently have a surplus of, because everything was outrageously salty. I love salty food, more than most people, but the nachos and dinner were ridiculously salty. The food had no flavor other than salt. I had to chug a liter of water just to feel well again.
Waitress checked on us twice while one other family was here. Waited half an hour for food, didn’t get more chips after empty, food was delicious though.
I’ve both dined in and carry out. Food is great. Staff are super nice. Very cost friendly. Our go to place for Mexican food.
I ordered the Bistek Con Rajas y Queso. The steak itself was flavorful and cooked well, so I enjoyed that part of the meal. Unfortunately, the rice was extremely dry and tasted stale. When I mentioned it to the server, he came back and said they only make the rice every two days. That explanation was disappointing rather than reassuring, as rice should taste fresh and be served at its best every day. The steak was good, but the quality of the rice and the response to my concern took away from the overall dining experience.
Was very disappointed, Sorry I had better make mexican food at home. Food was sloppy awful taste tossed in the garbage waste of money.
