Best Tacos I ever had Stopped at the El Charrito in Gallup on our way to do some hiking in the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Zion, etc.Selected because of the large number of pick up trucks with NM license plates parked in the front of the place. Best Tacos I ever tasted. Shredded beef (not ground meat) was slow cooked to have a few crunchy edges (like great BBQ has), seasoned perfectly and juicy enough to leave meat drippings .
