This place is awful, dehumanizing, and disrespectful. What would be a 20 min appointment takes 2 hours. Only male medical staff. A drug test required for any visit, without explanation (I complained and they relented). If Trump designed a clinic, this would be it. You are not a person: You are a collection of symptoms, not-well-off, and therefore treated like dirt.
Don't ever go to El Centro Family Health in Taos. Terrible people terrible customer service and they even hang up on you! They don't resolve issues they leave that up to you to make calls and get things resolved. Find another doctor's office this is not a good one for anybody!�
