long wait times, not so much in lobby , but in back room
Wasthere since 1:30 almost 3 hrs. I don't know what's worst, my long wait or my neck and back pain from sitting so long!! 😭😭😭
Great service today but the lobby was unreasonably hot today. Also I don’t think that a Cold Case rape/murder is the appropriate selection for the guest in the lobby especially if you’re a family based dental office. Maybe headline news, sports center or HGTV. Something very neutral. Maybe a water cooler in your lobby Also may I suggest you call your HVAC guy ASAP to check your lobby cooling situation. Maria is awesome and very helpful on explaining or recommending on dental care advice.
