Great food, great service! El Caporal serves up great tasting, hot, always prepared fresh Mexican cuisine. The staff are courteous and make you feel very welcome. You might have to wait for a seat to become available, but it is worth the wait. My wife and I eat there often and have never been disappointed. For great Mexican food in the Tri-cities and Chester area, nothing beats El Caporal.
Bad rap for good food This Mexican restaurant does not have the best reputation in the area but I have no idea whatsoever why. I have been here a number of times and have always had good service and the food has always been excellent. My advice, ignore the talk and try it for yourself.
