Soap? Went here about year and a half ago. Ordered the special for the day. Beef burrito with rice and beans. Waited about 20 minutes to get our food after ordering. Took a bite and it was like i put a whole bar of soap in my mouth. I asked to please take it back and the manager gave me a hard time saying all the beef is precooked and he had all these orders all day and I am first to complain. Bad rap for good food This Mexican restaurant does not have the best reputation in the area but I have no idea whatsoever why. I have been here a number of times and have always had good service and the food has always been excellent. My advice, ignore the talk and try it for yourself.
Great food, great service! El Caporal serves up great tasting, hot, always prepared fresh Mexican cuisine. The staff are courteous and make you feel very welcome. You might have to wait for a seat to become available, but it is worth the wait. My wife and I eat there often and have never been disappointed. For great Mexican food in the Tri-cities and Chester area, nothing beats El Caporal.
Great food, good people! I go to this restaurant often and i enjoy it every time. This place is family oriented and they have GREAT food! The people who run it are very nice. I would recommend this establishment to anyone.
