El Camion Cantina, newly open in the East Village, offers a fresh look at all things Mexican, thanks especially to the menu by Chef Ross Gill. Classics feature homemade corn tortillas with the perfectly grilled Fajitas. Another favorite is the Grilled Achiote Salmon dish, accompanied by unforgettable glazed carrots and grilled zucchini. The brunch offers delicious renditions of Huevos Rancheros, Huevos Benedictos, and a Chef's specialty of Chilaquiles.
