Cant complain. Lots of changes lately but seems to not have affected customer service one bit. UPDATE 1/2024: THE BEST AND MOST AFFORDABLE STORAGES IN TOWN! GREAT MANAGEMENT. PROPERTY IS ALWAYS KEPT REALLY CLEAN. MY STUFF FEELS SAFE AT THIS STORAGE FACILITY ALWAYS!
I have had a storage unit here for a little over half a year and each day I visit, I am sadly disappointed more and more. The customer service is extremely lacking and any time I go into the front office it smells severely of smoke and usually takes 10 minutes+ to get assistance. Almost every time I attempt to visit my unit, they have a piece of equipment blocking the door so it cannot even be opened. I am a professional touring drummer and I travel across this great country of ours. I constantly need a trailer to carry equipment. I am ALWAYS treated with the utmost respect and have no worries whatsoever with E.C.S.S. They are helpful, kind, and professional.Marty, the manager is the best there is.
