Please stay away from this doctor. She's very dangerous! She messed up and prescribed 2 medications to me that are not supposed to be taken together. She even colluded with my ex-husband to have me insitutionalized. It was so scary and I'm grateful i survived. However, since the incident which was a set up I haven't been able to see my son in almost 2 years. Great doc. Of course most of my experience with Dr Taylor comes from having ECT done by her, and admittedly I'm asleep for most of that. But she always makes me feel safe, and in the talk we always have before the procedure she strikes me as both caring and knowledgeable. For the inpatient stay I had that she covered I was very glad to have her as a doctor. I would term her as rather liberal with her prescribing, i.e. sometimes people need more than 800 mg of seroquel/day, that's just the way it is. But she isn't heavy-hande... read more

Negative experiences with her while she was my primary psychiatrist for 2-3 years. I don't want to go into a lot of detail so will just say that she believes she is always right, she does what is best for herself rather than patients, she becomes too enmeshed with patients (I didn't realize it until multiple other professionals pointed it out), she will lie if it benefits her irrespective of how it impacts her patient, and she crossed doctor-patient lines with me.
