We have no clubhouse
We resided at El Camba for nearly 3 years and the manager, Jeananne, was rude and unpersonable right from the beginning. She stayed on the lot tenants to maintain pristine properties, while the park owned, empty properties were falling apart and housed stray cats and rats. The water system was laughable, never upgraded or maintained and always being shut off without notice. Most of the neighbors were friendly and helpful.
The manager is so rude and inhospitable that I am actively looking to move. I feel sorry for elderly on fixed incomes who have to deal with her . I’ve been here over 3 years and never once missed or been late on the rent. She will find the most minor and trivial things to harrass you about. Oh and give you 10 days to paint your home . Can you imagine an elderly person on a fixed income having to deal with that and that’s just one of several issues that I have had to deal with.
