So rare to find autnetic Puerto Rican food that isn’t dripping in oil/grease!! And you can tell it isn’t old oil either. But clutch your pearls because it is HIGHLY seasoned, my Mexican husband thought it was too much and I thought it was just right (me being Puerto Rican) haha!
