Ordered the Polo Monteray, requested No beans extra rice, and sour cream on the side. Was served, half a plate of beans, little rice. No sour cream. There was also no cheese dip on it at all (which is listed on the menu.) It took 15 minutes after food was served to finally have someone bring me sour cream.. Once given the sour cream I noticed it seemed to have some thicker consistency and thought about it for a second, and decides to still give it a go because at this point I was just ready to eat. Food is horrible, plain with no flavoring. I have never had Steak tacos that tast like nothing. No flavoring on anything. Truly one of the worst places t eat

My family went into El Cactus today and had a seemingly nice meal. This took a turn when I went to pay and for 2 double El Cactus Fajita plates, I was charged $92. They had taken my card and said no need to sign. I looked at my online account and found this charge. I called to discuss this, and the employee would not give me a manager and said I was crazy.
