Recently completed a 3yr renovation of a 100yo cabin with full custom designs, fixtures, and finishes - mostly credited to Eric's trim carpenters, Greg and brother, who are excellent but do NOT use Eric's paint crew, Austin, etc. Started off trying but really unbelieveably bad quality and had inserted teenagers, not professionals, to spray trim (regardless of what else was nearby) and stain work looked like fingerpainting. My experience with EL Builders was stellar! As we rebuilt our cabin but lived in another state, Eric kept us informed every step of the way. Monthly we could see exactly not only what was done, but how the cost compared to the estimate. The final product was an exceptionally well built, beautiful cabin that came in within our agreed upon estimate. Eric was responsive to my communications and helpful in every respect.
