This agency sucks. They say the are on the clients side but they don't listen to a damn thing the clients say. They also don't answer the phone and avoid questions we ask by blame the clients or their staff. They don't take any credit for their mistakes but if they have a success they take credit for what is not theirs just because the clients are disabled and think that they are not able.
