My wife and I tried El Basque for the first time this past Friday with another couple - we were all celebrating our respective anniversaries. We got there about 20 minutes early for our reservation. As soon as we went in, you got the sense of a local, family owned and welcoming atmosphere. The young lady who greeted us (turned out to be the Chef/Owner's daughter) was so pleasant. Three weeks ago we had a family dinner on a Tuesday night at this restaurant. It was the night after the Spain-France soccer match. There isn't a day since then that I don't think about that evening and the great dinner we all had. It was our fourth and last dinner together, we had not been thrilled by any restaurant in the area and I decided to search for 5 star Spanish restaurants in honor of Spain win. Love this Place, Food was excellent ,John , the Owner and Chef creates wonderful food. Atmosphere takes you to Spanish Bistro. Service was superb. Great Birthday dinner. Octopus was Superb and Chorizo with Brie Pixtos was very Tasty. Been too long since we were here, and so glad we came back. Thanks John and Staff for a wonderful Evening.
