We went in late afternoon but were before the rushes. Waitresses were extremely nice and competent . The food was good and we enjoyed our visit.
We just left and I had to write this. It was fine when we first walked in. Sat up in the bar and had it to ourselves at first. They were out of tequila for our drinks but that’s not a big deal, but the bartender working didn’t know how to make any of our drinks. Again, it’s fine. Traveling through town, outside was nice, aesthetically pleasing interior. Bland greeting, bland hostess, lacking flavor for staff. Just bad food. Plain and simple. Ordered a taco platter, no flavor at all. Beef had no cumin or even store bought flavor in the least! Beans were just purée pinto beans, kind of gross. Rice was bland, pretty much white rice.
