What a joke This place is a joke if your a tennant, all they want to do is screw you over and charge as much as they can for things that are wear adn tear, also break the law constnatly and do NOT contact when they are going to show up. Such a joke.
Mr. Withers Erik at EKM has done a great job managing our property for us. We relocated and needed someone with knowledge of the rental process to help us get our home rented to good renters. Erik is personable, punctual, and professional.
