I ordered a necklace a few weeks ago and the one I received was much different than the one shown on the website. The metal was a very low quality dark silver color that looked and felt cheap. The company doesn’t stand behind its products and would not let me return it for a refund. Instead, they offered store credit but this could only be applied to purchase a full priced item. All of their jewelry is discounted 65% everyday (which in itself should raise a red flag), but not when you use a store credit to pay for it. Their ... read more
