I came to eklektic to have a ring resized and they did such an amazing job! At first, I was unsatisfied with the results and wanted a few changes, to which Marco took the ring back and returned it better than the original! He was a pleasure-- I would highly recommend coming here if you ever need rings resized. Marco is always smiling and very personable. And I love their tradition of giving ladies roses. I will definitely come back again in the future! 😊

I brought them a sentimental bracelet for repairs and a check up. They were incredibly honest, transparent, and kind when discussing the condition of the piece and the repairs needed. They took great care and went above and beyond to repair my bracelet—especially so, as it was far more delicate and brittle than any of us knew! I trust their expertise and integrity, and will be coming back for any future jewelry needs.
