I purchased EKKO 18 electric Pallet jack and withing just over one year the Battery Charger would not charge the battery. Initially the Company informed that it was covered under warranty and then they changed their tune and said the warranty is only for 1 year!!. We paid more than $4000 dollars for this Jack and extremely disappointed that the company would not stand behind its product and replaace defective battery charger. NEVER BUY EKKO PRODUCTS. We went and purchase Big Joe Electric charger and works GREAT!
Worst company in the world. The owner of EKKO does not care about the customers or service. He treats the employees like crap and there is constant turnover. Avoid buying EKKO products at all cost and don't let the low prices fool you. I am a former dealer and I am shocked about how little they care about customer satisfaction. STAY AWAY FROM EKKO!!
