Overall unprofessional physician and staff (i.e avoiding phone calls when they know I am calling to get my doctor’s note processed). Retaliatory behavior when told he was behaving and speaking unprofessionally. Wrote me a doctor’s note with such nonsensical language, bad grammar, and addition of unnecessary details that I was scared my school would think I faked it. I love Dr. Chanchorn and Dr. Ming Tsang. Despite moving to a different neighborhood, I’ve stuck around with them; they’re very friendly, efficient, and easy to make appointments with. It’s a comfortable experience visiting in-person and they always make it clear to me what next steps may be. I highly recommend this office!

Horrible experience. I informed him I was a thyroid patient for 15 years and he still did not call for a full blood panel checking TSH, T3 and T4. Now he has wasted my annual check blood work and was rude and offensive. I asked how a colonoscopy experience was and he said he did not know.
