As a cabinet installer, I would not recommend this company to manufacture your kitchen. I have installed 2 and would not take on any more. Although I cannot fault the quality of materials and hardware, their planning and programming and planning leaves a lot to be desired. Overall, we had a really good experience with E-Kitchens. Stevie provided great, professional service from the start. The planning was well done, and his suggestions really helped us make the most of the space. We did have a few issues when we picked up our order, as several items were missing. We raised a support ticket, and Rose from Customer Service was fantastic. She was very responsive and made sure the missing parts were remade as quickly as possible, keeping us updated along the way. Sandra designed our new laundry, integrating a kitchenette and taking great care and attention to detail. She was attentive, helpful, and very precise with the drawings, which made my installation smooth and easy while it was my 1st time tackling such project. We are very happy with the final result. Everything delivered was exactly as expected and the cabinets are of very high quality. Highly recommended.
