I cannot stress enough how poorly run this office is. They are very inconsistent in communication, often missing phone calls and not returning them, and very (negatively) reactive when you are able to catch them. Take your business elsewhere.
I was looking for some advice about a retirement center, where several of the elderly and disabled people were complaining a lot. I had brought some of the concerns up to the management and actually had a few of my own. Paul Cunney was a very big help to me in the past and directed me to a lawyer who deals with senior residences. Mr. Cunney is ery nice and knowledgeable.
Morris uses condo law against the people. All he cares about is charging the bldg for his Shady services!
I Am currently dealing with this company as my collection agency. I tried to look them up on BBB and no wonder they don't show up at all. My experience with this company has been bad. The paralegal I am assigned to regularly doesn't respond for weeks and then she does respond It's with more fees and legal action because time has passed.
