I called them on a Sunday, kind of in a panic, purchased a truck the day before and the ignition switch wouldn’t turn anymore. He explained to me it wasn’t a huge deal to fix and suggested I waited until Monday and he would come to my house to fix it. I bought a used 2014 Ford F-150 and being new to me, I played with all the fancy computer features. Long story short, I set both my keys to the Ford MyKey. The truck wouldn’t go over 75mph, radio volume was limited, etc. I went to Prime Ford in Saco. They told me it will take a hour and a half, cost $145, and they can’t fit me in for 2 hours. So I drove over to Ekeys; they reprogram both keys in 20 minutes and only charged me $60. A+++++++
