Cesario demonstrated exceptional competence and completed an outstanding job in rehabilitating my apartment, which had deteriorated significantly. He carefully repaired and replaced damaged kitchen cabinets, laid down new flooring, replaced several broken window frames, and painted the entire apartment. He pays close attention to detail. The apartment now appears complete, and I am considering listing it for sale. Cesario’s services come highly recommended.

He ispunctual, doesn’t give up till he solves an issue for you, and leaves the job cleaner than when he started!
