Very unprofessional! Andy and his one employee seem very nice but they couldn’t get out of their own way when it came down to simply communicating or at minimum following up when they said they would. We agreed to move in early to help them out, applied when they requested us to, met all the rental requirements with income and credit, and even offered to clean the unit since it was quite dirty. Just a very disappointing experience that easily could have been avoided!

Andy at EK Properties did an excellent job in getting my studio rented out quickly. From the moment I contacted him, he responded immediately in getting pictures and having it posted at various sites. Although the studio is attached to my property, I was unaware of the several times he came to show the studio. He always acted in a professional and courteous manner and was able to get the studio rented quickly and with an excellent choice of tenant as he does a great job of screening out the potential tenants.
