Andy at EK Properties did an excellent job in getting my studio rented out quickly. From the moment I contacted him, he responded immediately in getting pictures and having it posted at various sites. Although the studio is attached to my property, I was unaware of the several times he came to show the studio. He always acted in a professional and courteous manner and was able to get the studio rented quickly and with an excellent choice of tenant as he does a great job of screening out the potential tenants. Takes advantage of renter's. Charges double security deposit but will not return but a 1/3 of your $ to add improvements to the property at your expense. I would think twice about my decision from rent with Andy Ek again.
