Do not use this company!!! They refused to return my deposit (which was said to be refundable) and eventually stopped answering all communication. I have tried to contact them multiple times across different platforms. After at first promising the deposit would be returned, they stopped answering completely. Avoid them at all costs!
I never write reviews, but had to write one here. Wish I could give 0 stars. First was double charged for my deposit and had to dispute it with my credit card company to get a refund after going back and forth with this company for weeks. Then when I decided to ultimately cancel my booking (which I was assured was fully refundable at time of booking) the company essentially ghosted me when I asked for my deposit to be refunded. The driver was very patient and the inside was clean. My daughter and her friends had a lot of fun. 10/10 experience
Our driver was the best ever. He drove safely and helped with our wheelchair. Very pleasant and fun. He was GREAT! Ask for Emanuel to drive you!
