Terrible customer service , Made hair appointments online as well as on the phone. Confirmed with staff when arrived they claimed I never had an appointment with them. When they finally show up I book and additional appointment for hair service and leave deposit. I arrive to appointment and no one is there. They claim to reach out to me but I have no missed calls from this salon. I should have figured how unprofessional the people where when they claimed I never made appointments with them. I had an appointment with Arnaldo and he exceeded my expectations! Him and Isabella were really nice people and the place was really clean and updated. I will definitely keep coming back.
