Brought a Vehicle for this lot 4 months ago the car started having issues 2 months later. We take it to get checked out warranty doesn’t want to cover The issues. We go back to EJ auto to try and quote a new vehicle or a least resolve the issue we’re having. But we’re told by EJ him self that “in order to do any type of business with us” you I’ll need a Cosigner Even to Refinance. If I can give this business a half a star I would .I bought a 2018 Chevy Silverado, and it broke down the same day I purchased it. The issue turned out to be a failed transmission. When I tried to use the warranty that was sold to me, they refused to cover it, claiming it was a pre-existing condition—which means the problem existed before the truck was sold. Bought a vehicle from them 2 years ago.Horrible price for the truck to begin with had hail damage all over it which was 11k to get repaired then transmission problems had to replace transmission luckily I have 3rd party insurance then the air condenser started to leak and 2 engine mounts ended up needing replaced that was fixed then 2 days later it blew a head gasket.Now I am dealing with that this is all within 2 years of purchasing the vehicle.I am very disappointed and will never shop with them again.Ridiculous!
Worthless cars. Please do not buy from these people. They are liars and scammers especially Christie. Beware. I’m trying to help others from going through the same thing I went through.
