The nurse aide verbally abused and belittled my elderly grandmother telling her that she could do things herself and was not "that sick", which is invalid. They roughly assisted her on multiple occasions, leaving bruises on her skin. The nurse aide also charged my grandmother money for simple work objectives, like cleaning out her refrigerator and other small tasks, WHILE SHE WAS ON THE CLOCK.
