Very disappointed by the service. Hired them to install a gas heater for my in-ground pool. It was not a good experience. Biggest problem was lack of communication, counsel, and customer service after the install when we had issues. Recommend looking elsewhere for better customer experience and service.
One word - beware!
We have used EJ Pools twice, once for leak detection and repair and then again to replace the pool light. Eli has always done an amazing job. I don’t understand any negative feedback on here, he’s always been there when he said he would be and gets the job done quickly. He’s definitely our first call when we have an issue with our pool!
