Updating this review. The company has reached out to me, all is okay. They've recently had to move to a new location and haven't been able to get all their original phone #'s transferred. They are in the process of updating all new address, phone, etc. As for the accidental drive-over of the lawn, many apologies and concern were given. They are a good company and their water system is very good.
Has this company closed? We've had their system on our house for several years and they've been servicing it monthly. Last week on Dec. 1, someone came to service the system and ran over my landscape lights and broke 2 sprinkler heads. I think it was the original owner, Donny (?), who is not a young dude these days. I doubt he knew what he did. But now their phone #s don't work and their website is shut down. No notice has been issued to us, but they are still charging my debit card for the monthly service. Hmmmmm?
They installed their water treatment system and it did do a good job! We used to clean out rocky minerals from the water heater in a commercial operation and after the install the water heater only had a small amount of soft mineral granules when I cleaned it out 6 months later. Absolutely recommended!
These people are so unprofessional and very cruel people leaving a dog inside one of they're work trucks on a super tremendously hot day with no a/c on or any windows rolled down I waited for like 15min and nobody came out I was in a bug hurry to leave so I couldn't do anything these people are very careless.
Can't understand why your truck is posted on Facebook with a dog inside and the windows closed on a hot day if Iwould have seen it your window would be broken and you would be paying a fine so you need to educate your employees
