I've been relying on EJ Thomson and Son for my heating and cooling needs for years, and they never disappoint. This week, my old A/C unit finally gave out, and I reached out for a replacement. This company has always been great to deal with over the years. My tech Josh was very friendly, kept me informed and very prompt. He did a wonderful job diagnosing my problem and getting it fixed!! I highly recommend this company for any heat pump related issues!!

My two year old HVAC stopped working and off course when the weather starts to heat up again. I made a call to Trane and they dispatched EJ Thompson out. My HVAC repairman was John and he was AMAZING. He took the time to answer my questions, let me vent and just overall took a very stressful situation and made it so much better.
