Stopped by to buy a gift for my mom. Spoke with the sales lady who was nice but then the owner Janet told the sales lady to send me out of the store. I guess because of my skin color. But who knows.
Extremely rude woman who answered the phone. I asked a genuine question and she hung up on me. Is this how you treat you customers?
They very quickly and effectively resized my watch, and it only cost me $5. They were excellent!
I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend doing business with these folks. I went in to have my watch bracelet resized and was greeted by the owner Gennette and Mr. Clark. They both were very pleasant people. Mr. Clark was quick to take my watch and remove a few links until it fit my wrist perfectly. They also did this for a very fair price.
