Parking was horrible. Bathroom lines terrible. Very poor logistics coordination. This was probably my last concert here.

Went for Journey. I felt so bad for them. The sound was way off ( i've seen them numerous times in the last few years and they are amazing). We were lucky enough to have great seats with no one directly in front of us and yet there was constantly security personnel walking in front of us blocking our view the entire show literally every 1-2 minutes. The only good things were free parking and manageable beverage prices.

If I could give the place no stars, I would! After 20+ years of being open, the traffic patterns are appalling! The seats suck for lack of a less profane term. I'm not a big person, but I had to eat my knees all night! The seats were very uncomfortable! I had no relief! I couldn't wait to get the hell out of there. I will never go back again for anything!

Seriously need to consider guidelines and ways to cut off people that have had entirely too much to drink. The women in front of us were completed trashed, spilling beer all over the place, rude and obnoxious. Everyone sitting around them was negatively impacted. We're paying a lot of money for tickets for this type of behavior to go unchecked.

Not nearly enough restroom facilities. Even the men's room had long lines! The lower bowl seating is good, but there is no break between the middle/upper seats. Way too many steps all at once. Aside from the building limitations, the staff was great! Security personnel were visible and always moving through & scanning their areas. Concert was excellent!!

Although I enjoyed the atmosphere and acoustics of the arena--the seats are atrocious. I'm not a little guy, but I felt like a fat man in a little coat the entire time, and it ultimately undermined the night for me. Didn't have any problems getting in or out of the parking lot after the concert.
