He was also able to get us financing through Westlake Financial, which made the financing process effortless, and he handled our trade-in without any hassle. I can’t emphasize enough how amazing he was throughout the entire experience. Mr. EJ motors will always have a chair at our family table. Worst car buying experience owner was rude, purchased a vehicle from them that the owner personally owned before hand. Told me nothing was wrong with the car. After purchasing the vehicle I noticed the AC didn’t work, he told me he knew about that and would help me get it fixed, he did not. The AC turned out to be an integral part of the car’s operating system as it was an EV, bmw i3 specifically. The car was only operational for 2 days after purchase and refused to work with me.
