Went for pre-employment drug screen and I must have arrived right before closing because the staff walked out shortly after I arrived but I was taken back in about 5-ish minutes. The woman I think was tech but she was very friendly, gave clear instructions, and explained everything and how it worked. I thought the tiny facility was very well maintained and I got the feeling that the staff was relaxed and enjoyed being there.
I'm really impressed by the staff here, the Dr is amazing also a veteran. The nurses are very nice especially the one wearing burgandy amazing attitude very professional, I wish I caught her name. The head nurse Teresa is kind and an exceptional worker. The facility is well managed and they work very hard. If I could I would go here all the time.
All the workers were very nice! Went in midday on a Friday for pre-employment testing (tb blood test/ physical/ fit test/ drug screening) and was in and out in about 40 minutes. There was a little wait, but this was definitely faster and more efficient than Concentra. There's usually a very long wait at Concentra and the paper work takes longer there as well. They take walk-ins and there's plenty of parking.
If I was able to to give a -10 star I would. I just left a physical here at this location and I am beyond shocked. When the doctor ( I don't know his name because he didn't introduce himself) came in to check me out I spoke and said hello and he didn't respond which is fine, not a problem. He proceeds to ask me a question regarding checking his gun in at the airport. I told him I'm not sure when I find out I'll come back and let you know.
