Total Shark, literally charged $80 to program my sprinkler system. Beware. Normally I would ask for an estimate before agreeing to any work, but my builder sent this guy over to fix a broken leaking sprinkler that should have been covered under my home warranty Javier, the owner, showed up 2 days late, after making me wait around the house an entire day and not showing up or communicating.
