I went in for a simple tooth extraction and clearly stated that I did not want any additional procedures. I was told they would not perform the extraction unless I agreed to a bone graft. I felt pressured into a treatment I did not want, especially since a bone graft is typically optional and not required in all extraction cases. Patients should have the right to make informed decisions without feeling forced. Unfortunately, this experience felt more financially driven than patient-centered.

Our experience at EJ Dental has been absolutely wonderful from start to finish! From the very first orthodontic consultation, the entire team made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and well cared for. They are incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating, especially with my children.
