We really enjoyed our tour with Momo. She was super nice, easygoing, and made the whole walk-through feel comfortable. She answered all our questions and showed us everything without rushing us. The only reason we didn’t lease is because we’re not planning to move for a few more months. When we’re ready, we’ll definitely keep this place and Momo in mind. Totally recommend her!
Where to begin? They get you with it being the shiny new place. We were moving in from out of town and this place offered a great deal of 6 weeks of rent for free! Who can say no to that? That's where our issues began to rise. They first of all did not want to give this deal to us. We've had our car broken into in the garage I pay frankly far too much for. I have been living here for only a few months, so I will update my post before I leave. However, I am laughably confused by the reviews this place has. I have mainly worked with Momo and Kenna, who have been absolute professionals. They made my transition smooth and were exceedingly patient with any questions I had and any delays on my end in the process. Even the cleaning staff and paint crew are friendly! Lived in Eitel for about one year. Property managers and staff were always respectful, kind, and friendly to whatever endeavor was at hand. Despite some difficulties with the condition of the apartment itself the staff was always more than welcome to fix any issues: as such the fairly priced rent justifies itself 10-fold.
