I wish I could give these people 0 stars. The leasing team, particularly Kenna, dragged me and my roommate around from the moment we began the application process. They do not communicate with you and if they do, they do so curtly. The apartment itself looked nice when we toured, but the management is a mess. I would stay FAR away if you are looking for a place to live. This happened about a year ago and I’m now writing this review cuz I’m STILL triggered by how unprofessional and rude they were.
We lived here for a little over 2 years from 2023-this past November and we had a great experience! Honestly the hardest part was getting in contact with them to schedule a tour, but once we did that it was smooth sailing. Obviously as you would with all apartments, you might see some wear and tear in common areas, but overall the amenities were very nice. We loved renting the Sky Lounge and it was always very easy. We really enjoyed our tour with Momo. She was super nice, easygoing, and made the whole walk-through feel comfortable. She answered all our questions and showed us everything without rushing us. The only reason we didn’t lease is because we’re not planning to move for a few more months. When we’re ready, we’ll definitely keep this place and Momo in mind. Totally recommend her!
