We had lived at Eitel apartments for 14 months, and below is a summary of our experience. - We experienced several leaks in our unit, which included the roof and several windows. We reported the first leak back in April, and dealt with it up until we moved out in December. They attempted to have these fixed several times, hopefully it’s fixed for the next renter. - Our powder room had an inoperable toilet for 3 months. I lived in Eitel Apartments for a little over two years. I loved every single thing about this place. Maintenance requests had crazy fast response times… one time I clicked submit and 12 minutes later there was someone at my door! The management team was beyond wonderful, Kenna and Mary made me feel so welcomed. The unit itself was spacious and clean.
