The Hallways reek of mildew smell packages always stolen. Horrible management. Very unprofessional and passive aggresive. Mary is the worst property manager I have ever dealt with. They are not straight forward at all, will lead you on with lies. Stay away from this place
Kenna made living here a headache. The building itself is actually pretty great. The gym’s solid, common areas stay clean, and the maintenance team is amazing—one of them even stopped someone from stealing my bike. The front desk staff and assistants were always kind and helpful too. But unfortunately, none of that outweighed the frustration of dealing with Kenna. We had lived at Eitel apartments for 14 months, and below is a summary of our experience. - We experienced several leaks in our unit, which included the roof and several windows. We reported the first leak back in April, and dealt with it up until we moved out in December. They attempted to have these fixed several times, hopefully it’s fixed for the next renter. - Our powder room had an inoperable toilet for 3 months.
