If you need a second opinion, go see this man. He is comprehensive in a way that few others in his profession are. For example, he insists on a physical exam. Sounds obvious, but of all the psychiatrists I've seen he is the only one. He charges a obscene amount of money for this service, but will provide a written evaluation appropriate to take to another doctor. If you require medication management, I recommend going elsewhere.
