This is our 2nd time we have them do work on our mobile home Alfred did an awesome 👏 job we’re happy with he’s work I highly recommend he’s business..
Central unit went out & Eisslers was able to diagnose the problem of what needed to be repaired and hooked me up with the right system, at the right efficiency, with the features I needed. The gentleman was not only technically skilled, but also courteous and polite, ready to answer any question. Overall, great service! Greatly recommended!
Service call was for washer, service man arrived, indicated he wasn't sure what was wrong then said the sabiliter bars had to be replaced for $375 parts and labor after and $85 service call. He ran one tank of water with no error to get this estimate. I called the office to get further information on this decision and was told they would have to review with the serviceman and call back but that Samsung parts were expensive. No call back
Horrible service! Always an excuse... Never return calls and came out to replace the ice maker and after the tech initiated work-the entire frig stopped working! Now the lights won’t work on the inside...
