Terrible! Booked an appointment online and received an email confirmation that it was scheduled. Showed up that day and called the phone number on their door to tell them I arrived. I gave them my name and they checked me in and say to wait in my car - they would call me when they were ready for me. I waited a half hour and texted them asking if they were ready for me. They called me soon after and said they didn't even have an appointment for me (even though the women who answered the phone checked me in when I got there)! ... read more

Since we do not use any online booking service I am concerned that someone may have misrepresented this office. Our office staff is dedicated to providing healthcare in a timely and professional manner. Dr. Eisler definitely speciallizes in treating cowards! His injections are virtually painless - one of the things I fear most when getting dental work done. His staff is awesome. They are personable, empathetic, efficient and just plain old nice people. I highly recommend Dr. Eisler to anyone who is looking for a dentist in the area.
